Course not! Alot of our clients come to us for the boxercise aspect of our sport which has been said to be one of the biggest destressers, calorie burners and anxiety preventers out there.

You don't need to be fit to start training at EK Boxing. It's our job to get you fit!Most of the people that come to us for the first time need to work on their fitness. So, as long as you're motivated we can get you where you want to be! We also run induction sessions for small groups which allows us to customise the intensity to your needs.

Yes we have a 'Get FIT not HIT' programme for kids juniors and adults with the option to progress onto intermediate and advanced classes.

We recommend that all our clients start with our one to one boxing sessions to build a nice solid gym vocab. By the end of the session you will have an excellent foundation to continue your gym journey at EK boxing.

Just like going to the gym, we'd recommend you wear loose, breathable clothing. We'd suggest a spare t-shirt as you are likely to get seriously sweaty!

Just the will to work hard and enjoy your training! We provide all the equipment you need free of charge, including skipping ropes, boxing gloves and pads.If you don't have boxing hand wraps or would like to buy equipment you can do so on request which we would recommend once you've got the bug.We also provide yoga mats for body conditioning and Boxing Yoga cool down but you're welcome to bring your own.

At Ek Boxing you'll find a range of boxing equipment, branded clothing and merchandise if you would like your own kit.

Our boxing club is located at 1 Glenburn road G74 5BA.We are also within walking distance of the local bus stop station which stops just outside of J&W carpets.

Your training package can be customised to suit what ever time frame you want us to work towards. Although we recommend a consistent schedule month in and out to guarantee results.

We are primarily a class based gym due to the community and environment that we bring to the table.We are currently looking into daytime hours that will allow our clients to drop in hit the bags use our strength & conditioning equipment and socialise with friends and coaches.

Yes, we do. Ek boxing 'kubs' was created so 5-11 year olds and can take part in our range of kids classes:Tuesday, Thursday 4:30pm kubs class mon wed 530 beginners class and our advanced.We also have a waiting list for our 'Toddler Titans' which will be aimed at under 5 year olds

Absolutely! We have our beginner junior kids classes on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30-7:30pm and our advanced juniors are Tuesday Thursday 6:30pm Our club run commences 7-8:30pm in gym and also junior girls Tuesday Thursday at 4:30pm.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice for personal training and 12 hours for a class.If you have cancelled your personal training session less than 12-hours prior to your session you may still be charged.

We have a mixed 'dry' changing room with lockers, separate male/female toilets and shower rooms. Free parking is available on site and there is metered parking on neighbouring streets.
