OUR CLASSES

MIXED ADULTS BOXFIT & CIRCUITS

MONDAY WEDNESDAY 6-645AM 

SATURDAY 8AM & 830AM

 

These classes incorporate strength style workouts focussing on resistance training with Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, slam ball and so forth. The class structure is functional fitness based. These class integrate team work and group training where everyone is pushing each other to their own individual maximum intensity. These classes are focussed on burning a large amount of calories to increase your deficit for the day allowing clients to tone up, get lean and burn fat.

WOMEN'S ONLY BOXFIT 

MONDAY WEDNESDAY 530-615PM 

 The main focus of our women’s only class combines HIIT, self defence, Circuit training and Bag work. As well as body conditioning aimed at legs, bums and tums. This class is open to all fitness levels and those looking to tone up, lose weight and increase their fitness levels.

MIXED ADULTS FIGHTING FIT 

MONDAY WEDNESDAY 6:15 - 7PM


This class is aimed at those with a good existing level of fitness where you will train alongside our fighters in their first hour focusing on body conditioning & HIIT training we would also typically recommend familiarising yourself with each of our other classes to establish a solid base level fitness before this class although please don't hesitate to come along to this class and work away at your own speed 

ADULT & ADVANCED JUNIOR BOXERS

MONDAY WEDNESDAY 6-8PM 

SATURDAY 9-11AM

This membership is aimed at Adult Boxers & Advanced juniors with boxing experience looking to continue to compete and box or partake in sparring and boxing specific fundamentals.

These classes utilise running, body-weight conditioning, technical shadow boxing, pad work and sparring. These classes are for those ready to spar at a competitive level or have boxer previously in the past.

KUBS 

TUESDAY THURSDAY 4:15-5PM 

This is a class which is based around fun & boxing fundamentals for ages 5-8 which covers games, body weight exercise and basic boxing fundamentals. The focus of this class is to create a fun learning environment for the kids to learn basic boxing technique in a safe and controlled manner. This class facilitates for kids who will go onto box and kids who have no intentions of boxing although enjoy the fun & games we put together for them while learning a new and fun discipline.

BEGINNER KIDS 

TUESDAY THURSDAY 5-6PM 

This is a class which is based around fun & boxing fundamentals for ages 5-8 which covers games, body weight exercise and basic boxing fundamentals. The focus of this class is to create a fun learning environment for the kids to learn basic boxing technique in a safe and controlled manner. This class facilitates for kids who will go onto box and kids who have no intentions of boxing although enjoy the fun & games we put together for them while learning a new and fun discipline.

INTERMEDIATE KIDS & JUNIORS

TUESDAY THURSDAY 6-730PM

This membership is aimed at kids and juniors that have a little boxing as well as those looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing and would like to go on to partake in sparring and eventually compete when a coach sees fit.

Team Training

 

We have limited spaces available for teams looking to get started within the gym. We have a number of football teams that currently work with us and we take over their strength and conditioning programs. The benefits that these teams have seen have been brilliant and it has allowed them to enhance their performance on the pitch as well as preventing injury's.

YOGA - Saturday 11am

This class is aimed at Adults & Juniors age 14+ and is free with all memberships.

This yoga class caters for all levels and ability's combing different stretching techniques as well as touching on mindfulness and posture correction exercises something that most of us suffer from through day to day life.

This class is a personal favourite of the club where you will practice alongside your helpful coach Martin who always goes the extra mile to make sure your at ease and comfortable.
